Admission Fees 2025-26
The School is committed to a fair and transparent policy in respect of fees and charges. Parents are expected to pay all fees.
Fees are published annually in advance and are payable in Euro.
Application Fee (non refundable): A fee of 150 euro is charged to cover the administration costs of the Admissions Department in processing all applications for entry.
Place reservation fee (non refundable): 500 euro
Primary Tuition Fees 2025-26
Secondary Tuition Fees
The fees do not include school materials (such as textbooks, workbooks, and other books), meals, school uniforms, or extended trips and excursions, which may be subject to additional charges.
*5% discount is applied if fees are paid in full before July 1st 2026.
10% discount for sibling 1
15% discount for sibling 2
20% discount for sibling 3
25% discount for sibling 4+
Fees are refundable upon child withdrawing from the school, with 4 weeks notice.
Exam fees (obligatory)
As IGCSE and A-Level are external exams, there are exam fees per subject, which slightly vary every year.
IGCSE Year 11. Approx, 800 euro for 8 subjects.
A-Level Year 13. Approx 600 euro for 4 subjects
Special Educational Needs Fees
If your child needs a 1-1 teaching assistant throughout the day, this can be supplied for an additional 1800 Euro per month (Sept - June), who will be a Slovene or Italian qualified teacher and bilingual.
If your child requires a teaching assistant for part of the time (up to 15 lessons per week), this will be charged at 40 Euro per 45 minute lesson lesson. The teaching assistant will be bilingual and pedagogically trained.

After School Club Fees
Music Tuition (piano, violin, flute, guitar) is from 40 per 45 minutes.
Duke of Edinburgh Award fees to be confirmed plus fees associated with the award such as camping, hiking etc.
Extra Language tuition in Italian, Slovene (SSL or Native), English (ESL or Native), Italian (ISL or Native) French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian is 1-1 is 45 per 45 minute lesson after school or 25 in a group class of max. 3 students.
PUPIL WITHDRAWAL
To ensure that the School has sufficient notice with which to plan fee levels, other resources and the curriculum, one term’s notice must be given in writing. Fees are refundable upon child withdrawing from the school, with 4 weeks notice.

Please note the School reserves the right to correct administrative errors and to recover any associated shortfall in fees but will consider exceptional mitigating circumstances on a case-by-case basis to determine a payment plan if deemed appropriate.
