Spooktacular End-of-Term Halloween Celebration

To mark the end of a busy and successful term, our school came together for a spooktacular Halloween celebration filled with creativity, laughter, and community spirit!

Throughout the week, students from across the school took part in a range of Halloween-themed activities, including pumpkin carving workshopsspooky arts and crafts, and our eagerly anticipated pumpkin carving competition. The creativity on display was incredible — from classic jack-o’-lanterns to imaginative haunted faces, each pumpkin was a true work of art!

Our primary students also enjoyed a fun-filled trick-or-treat activity around the school, visiting classrooms and collecting treats from their teachers and older students. It was a wonderful way to bring the whole school together, and the excitement was contagious!

The celebrations ended on a high note with our whole-school Halloween disco and games on Friday afternoon. Students (and teachers!) came dressed in their most imaginative costumes — from ghosts and witches to vampires and superheroes — and danced the afternoon away. The atmosphere was lively and full of energy, the perfect way to finish the term.

Events like this remind us of the importance of celebrating together as a community -  combining creativity, fun, and teamwork. We are so proud of the effort and enthusiasm shown by all our students and staff.

A huge thank you to Mrs Whitton who planned and organised the party, and thank you to all the teachers who helped take the primary school trick and treating, and to everyone who helped organise this year’s Halloween festivities from arts and crafts to halloween games— we can’t wait to see what spooky surprises next year brings!
